The Technical Rescue committee is a collection of voluntary representatives from organizations belonging to the SARCNJ who have an interest in issues pertaining to technical rescue (aka - rope rescue). "Technical rescue issues" may include but are not limited to such matters as the definition and development of technical rescue standards and subsequent presentation to the Council.
